Connecting via FTP (Windows)

  1. Open up Windows File Explorer (This is not the web browser Internet Explorer)
  2. Click to select the Address Bar
  3. Type the FTP site address ftp://ftp.hkeng.com
  4. Enter the Username: guest@hkeng.com
  5. Enter the Password: HKguest1234
  6. Click Log on to access the FTP site
  7. Now you can drag and drop files into HK’s file server
